It is extremely rare for parcels to go missing in the mail. However, once we have shipped your parcel/s, we are not held liable as it will be down to the postal company to deliver packages. Occasionally, they may have delays with their services, which is completely out of our hands. If you have concerns about your parcel please contact us with your order number and full name. There is a fifteen working day time period during which Royal Mail do not investigate any specific parcels. After fifteen working days have passed, we are required to submit a claims form with your details, to seek a reimbursement for the cost of the items you have purchased. Until this claim is completed and we have reclaimed your money, we are unable to take further action.
