We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, based upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. You are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. If you do not comply with this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
DISCLAIMER
All handmade henna products contain a list of ingredients used. Therefore, it is your responsibility to read and comprehend them especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have sensitive skin, allergies or have underlying medical conditions. Seher Hayat Henna will not be held liable for any cause of risk to your health. Seher Hayat is not responsible for any reaction of health issued caused by the use of our henna products. It is paramount that a patch test is carried out 48 hours prior application and if you are or have been affected by Covid-19. We strongly advise not to use the product/s if they cause any reactions.
STAIN RESULT
Seher Hayat Henna paste is tested before it is packed into cones. A good stain result is guaranteed by following our Aftercare Guide which is supplied with all our fresh cones. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to avoid any disappointment on the stain development.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
When ordering, you confirm you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the payment details are correct and your own. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order. Once you have received an email confirming your order, this is the point in which we accept your order and the contract is formed. The contract is completed when the goods are delivered (subject to these terms and conditions).
YOUR ACCOUNT
You may register with us when purchasing item using this website or by other means. For your website account, your are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. Please inform us immediately if you have reasons to believe that your account details have become known, likely to be misused, have become known to anyone else. Please ensure the details you provide us are correct and up to date. You can access and update your details using the 'Your Account' area of the website. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS
Seher Hayat Henna will not be held liable for any parcels returned to use due to the customer providing incorrect shipping details. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide on the website is correct. Any parcels returned to us, you will be required to pay additional delivery charges again for it to be posted to you. No refund will be provided for the products due to the perishable nature of the fresh cone and paste.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION
Seher Hayat Henna has made every effort to ensure that the goods displayed on this website imitate to the descriptions and photographs. The colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of the items on the website are quoted as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we cannot therefore guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will always reflect accurately of the items delivered. Seher Hayat Henna reserves the right to vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
ORDER
All orders for goods made by you on our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments: If you wish to amend an order you must notify Seher Hayat Henna via email with your order number as soon as possible. We will try our best to amend these changes, provide the order has not already been dispatched (i.e. if the order was place for next day delivery which is immediate we make no guarantee that this can be undone).
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are accordance with stock levels. It may be possible that an order has been paid for and we are unable to process it due to it being out of stock. If this happens then we will reject your order and provide you with a full refund or exchange.
PAYMENTS
All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed. Online orders are paid for via PayPal or Credit/Debit card. If you wish to use other payment methods such as bank transfers please contact Seher Hayat Henna via email. Seher Hayat Henna operates at the highest level of security, meaning your payment details are not retained. Should we need to issue you a refund, Seher Hayat Henna will need to re-contact you to obtain payment details.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS TO YOU
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address provided for shipping at the time you place your order. It is, however, your responsibility to ensure correct information is given to us. Seher Hayat Henna will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you. Once the products have been dispatched we will not be held liable for their losses or destruction. We will attempt to deliver your products specified on the Delivery Policy, however, this is not guaranteed.
Please be aware that Seher Hayat Henna relies on external parcels shipping company- Royal Mail and Hermes UK to deliver our products. Thus, it is possible on occasions delivery may fall outside of the specified shipping times causing delays in delivery. If however, we are aware of any problems with our delivery services we will contact you immediately. Due to the perishable nature of fresh henna cone and bulk paste orders we are unable to offer a refund on these unless you have received the goods damaged by post.
